DELIVERY

CHARLTON & LOLA fine jewelry purchases can be hand-delivered within New York City. When purchased through our e-commerce site, fine jewelry pieces will be shipped to the USA and internationally at the buyer's cost. For international shipping, please note that the buyer is responsible for their country's relevant duties and taxes. For international shipping, please contact us initially to determine if your country allows the shipping of precious stones and noble metals. 

CHARLTON & LOLA ships via USPS, UPS & FEDEX, and thus packages are insured. Packages will require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise requested. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. However in certain circumstances we can deliver to APO/FPO addresses. Please contact us and we'll try our best to accommodate such deliveries.

We are not responsible for client lost packages, unsecured packages or items damaged due to carelessness. After your order leaves the studio, it should arrive in 15 business days or sooner, depending on which shipping option the buyer selects. Please also note that shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipping, duties or taxes on any items which are returned to us.

Please contact us in the case of issues and problems and we will do our best to resolve them with you. 
 


RETURNS

Sales of CHARLTON & LOLA fine jewelry are final. Private and Wedding Design Fine Jewelry are also final sales. Clients are given the opportunity to approve all design aspects during the creative process. We are always open to discussing how to best resolve all issues.

Please contact us regarding any problems and we will do the best we can to resolve them to your satisfaction. Products in need of repair may be mailed to:

Please enclose a description of the matter at issue, your contact information, and the original sales invoice.  We recommend putting tracking on your package as we are not responsible for lost packages through the mail or any delivery service. Please allow 4 weeks for repair.

Damage due to normal wear and tear will be fixed complimentary; we reserve the right to determine what constitutes normal wear and tear versus damage. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
